Structure
The program combines online learning with a supervised practicum of at least 20 coaching hours, including 10 hours of mentor observation. Most candidates complete certification in 2-4 months.
Outcome
Upon certification, you can run WCT-branded training sessions, assess athletes at White, Green, and Blue passport levels, deliver Squared ranked sessions, and represent WCT as a certified coach. L1 provides the foundation for a coaching career with pathways to specialisation and L2 certification.
